The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is an annual Men’s T20 cricket competition that was started in 2015 with the goal of promoting cricket in Pakistan and giving the country’s best players a platform to showcase their prowess. The PSL’s ninth season will begin in 2024. It will also include a total of six teams, with games taking place in Karachi, Multan, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. PSL 2024 is anticipated to begin on February 13 and end on March 19.
Javed Afridi, owner of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Peshawar Zalmi, has hinted that two additional teams might be added for the following season. During a Facebook Q&A session a few months back, Javed announced the addition of two additional teams to the Pakistan Super League.
Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi, and Quetta Gladiators are the six current PSL teams. At Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, Multan Sultans were defeated by Lahore Qalandars in the PSL title game last year. The PSL has been won the most by Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars, both twice. The remaining 4 teams have each only achieved victory once.

According to a source, the PSL 2024 roster will include two additional teams. The tentative squad information for the current six teams, however, might resemble this.
